RASED is a Rainbow Six Siege coach that installs from the command line and runs in the background while you play. This R6 coach keeps four reads current: where you should move, who is strong against whom, where the other team is likely playing, and what they do next. The short call comes out of your speakers. The demo below is the same coach running in a browser so you can hear it before you install.

Install your R6 coach once. It stays on.
Never used a terminal before? That is fine. Pick your computer, follow the small steps, paste one line, and your Rainbow Six Siege coach is running.

Open the terminal
Look at the bottom-left of your screen. Find the Windows logo button (Start). You can also press the Windows key on your keyboard — it sits between Ctrl and Alt, and has a Windows logo on it.
Type the word Terminal. Wait a second. You should see Windows Terminal or PowerShell in the list. Click it, or press Enter.
What you should see: A black or dark blue window with a blinking cursor. That window is the terminal. Leave it open.

Copy and paste this one line
Click the Copy button below. Then click once inside the black window so it is active.
Paste with Ctrl+V — hold Ctrl, then press V. On some Windows setups, a single right-click also pastes. Then press Enter.
If a blue permission box appears, click Yes. Text will scroll for a few seconds. That means it is installing and starting in the background.

You can close the window
When the scrolling stops, you can close the black window. RASED keeps running with your PC even after you close it.
Later, if you want to stop it, open the terminal again the same way and type rased stop, then Enter. To silence the voice only, type rased mute, then Enter.

Open the terminal
Press Command and Space at the same time. A search bar appears in the middle of the screen. That is Spotlight.
Type Terminal. When the Terminal app shows up, press Return (Enter). You can also open Finder → Applications → Utilities → Terminal.
What you should see: A white or dark window with a prompt and a blinking cursor. Leave that window open.

Paste with Command+V — hold Command (⌘), then press V. Then press Return.
If macOS asks for your password, type it and press Return. You will not see the letters as you type. That is normal. Then wait while text scrolls.

Open the terminal
On most Linux desktops, press Ctrl+Alt+T together. A terminal window opens.
If nothing opens, click your app menu (often at the bottom-left or top-left) and search for Terminal, Konsole, or Console. Click the app that appears.
What you should see: A dark window with a prompt ending in $ or # and a blinking cursor. Leave it open.

Click Copy below. Click once inside the terminal window.
Paste with Ctrl+Shift+V — hold Ctrl and Shift, then press V. (Normal Ctrl+V often does not paste in a Linux terminal.) Then press Enter.
If it asks for your password (sudo), type it and press Enter. The letters stay hidden. That is normal. Wait for the scroll to finish.

Hear it before you install
This is the installed coach, running in a browser so you can try it first. Start the round and listen. The four reads change with the clock. On your machine the daemon reads the round state and speaks on its own. Here you tap what you see, hear, or die to.

Six calls, every round
